Client Approach: I believe great customer service means supporting clients in more that just a sales transaction. We’ll begin our work together with a conversation about you…your goals, your schedule. And I’ll provide current and accurate market information, so that your real estate decisions can be made with complete confidence. My commitment to great service has earned me Best in Client Satisfaction from Seattle Magazine, 2016.
Process and Timing: There is a process to the purchase and sale of real estate. And I focus on leadership of that process. Whether you are buying or selling a family home or an investment property, together we’ll craft a plan to get you to your goal.
Timing is also key in our hectic Seattle real estate market. I am responsive, thorough and will work beside you from the start of your process, to the finish.
Negotiation: You can expect complete preparation for each meeting and every negotiation. Open communication is the key to successful negotiations. And as a Certified Negotiation Expert, I believe the best solutions often come from creative negotiations, which benefit both parties.
As a Washington State licensed architect, I have extensive knowledge of building design, materials, permitting and construction. And if you are interested in Green building, I am LEED accredited. I access my skills in design to both prepare properties for market, as well as offer ideas for a new home purchase. And if you need a contractor’s assistance, I have a terrific list of subcontractors that I know and trust.
As a homeowner and real estate investor in the Seattle area since 1996, I’ve developed a successful evaluation process and a keen eye for value. I understand the characteristics and benefits of the many distinct neighborhoods in Seattle. And have enjoyed living in the Eastlake, Greenlake and Maple Leaf communities.
